Sign Up & Create Your Unit

Overview

Creating your Scout Manager account takes less than 5 minutes. You’ll set up your personal login, create your unit, and enter payment information.

Steps

1. Go to the Registration Page

Navigate to the registration page and click Get Started.

2. Enter Your Information

Fill in your personal details:

  • First name and Last name
  • Email address — this becomes your login username
  • Password — minimum 8 characters

3. Create Your Unit

Enter your unit’s information:

  • Unit name — e.g., “Troop 123” or “Pack 456”
  • Unit type — Scouts BSA, Cub Scouts, or Venturing
  • Council — your BSA council name
  • District — your district within the council

4. Payment

Enter your credit or debit card information. Scout Manager is $9.95/month with all features included. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

5. Review & Confirm

Review your information and click Create Account. You’ll be logged in immediately and can start setting up your unit.
