Steps

1. Navigate to the Member’s Profile

Go to Membership → Adults and click on the adult you want to assign a role to.

2. Open Role Assignment

Click the Roles tab, then click Add Role.

3. Select a Role

Choose the appropriate role from the dropdown and click Save.

4. Confirm Access

The adult will now have access to the features granted by their role the next time they log in.

Tips

  • Adults can have multiple roles (e.g., Leader + Treasurer)
  • Removing a role immediately revokes access to those features
  • The person who created the unit is automatically an Administrator
  • At least one Administrator should exist at all times
