We’re excited to announce that annual billing is now available for Scout Manager! You can now choose the billing option that works best for your unit’s budget.

How to Switch
Already a monthly subscriber? Switching is easy:
- Go to Administration → Subscription
- Click “Switch to Annual”
- Your plan will change at your next billing date — no proration, no hassle
New units can select their preferred plan when subscribing for the first time.
FAQ
Does annual auto-renew? Yes. Stripe charges your card once per year. You’ll receive a receipt via email.
Can I cancel an annual plan? Yes, anytime before your renewal date. You’ll retain access through the end of your paid period.
Can I switch back to monthly later? Absolutely. Switch in either direction at any time from your account settings.
